This course provides you with the basis for creating your own healthy lifestyle! At the same time, you can lay the foundation for a future in the food industry.

A large part of the teaching is arranged around topics linked to culinary art and healthy lifestyle.

For example, if the topic is "Etiquette", you might have to put together menus, prepare and serve them, set the table, write the menu card, write songs and speeches, and perhaps learn to dance the waltz or lancer.

Or if the topic is "Food & Sport", you will have to plan and prepare food with plenty of carbohydrates. Work out training programmes, make sports clothing, and much more.
